Founded in 1994 in St. Paul, Minnesota, we represent public and privately held entities in a broad variety of industries from coast-to-coast. We have helped our clients build their companies by placing hundreds of qualified candidates in all areas of their business, including accounting, finance, human resources, manufacturing, operations, sales, marketing, information technology, and engineering. Our placements range from entry level positions to the corner office positions.

Before founding Rolle Schmidt & Associates, I was the Director of Corporate Human Resources at Northwest Airlines supporting Finance, Information Services, Treasury, Legal and Labor. In addition, I was Director of Administration and Human Resources for Trident Enterprises International, and Manager of Human Resources for PwC. I was also a university instructor. I earned my Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Degrees from the University of North Dakota.
My professional enjoyment comes from: Building relationships with key decision makers and candidates. In addition, I truly enjoy finishing a placement and knowing that it is the best fit for client and candidate. I appreciate visiting a client’s facility and seeing the candidates we placed are still there excelling and growing with the organization. Most importantly for me that the client and candidates are happy to have each other.
I excel at: Understanding our clients’ business and core staffing needs. Getting to know candidates, especially their key traits, technical expertise and who they are as individuals. This all comes together in the delivery of a “Right Fit” placement.
In my free time I enjoy: Spending time with my family, cooking and being very physically active participating in a variety of outdoor activities.
I have over 35 years of professional experience, highlighted by a progressive record of achievements in a broad array of business functions, with focus on technology, manufacturing and operations. Experience in financial services, medical device, intellectual property, outsourcing, printed and digital media and communications, software, and information technology. I studied at the University of Wisconsin – Madison and completed the Advanced Executive Program at Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
My professional enjoyment comes from: Assembling and leading high performing teams, and seeing those individuals grow personally and professionally.
I excel at: Client Relationships, Leadership, Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Development, Team Building, Collaboration, and Negotiations.
In my free time I enjoy: Family activities, running, bicycling, boating, golfing, downhill skiing, reading, movies, and of course the Badgers and Packers.
I have provided office administrative support to Rolle Schmidt and Associates since 2006, bringing with me over 19 years of executive and office support experience. My primary goal is to ensure smooth interaction with clients and candidates. I also perform research activities, responsible for our candidate/client database, provide technical support, and coordinate our marketing communications. I received my BA Degree in Business Administration from Bethel College.
My professional enjoyment comes from: Providing professional support to our clients and candidates to ensure that the recruitment process is seamless. I enjoy being on top of things and having a smooth running office!
I excel at: Looking at the big picture, determining priorities, planning projects, clear communication, being organized and very detail oriented.
In my free time I enjoy: Hanging with my family and friends, attending kid’s activities and sports events, volunteering at church, walking, biking, gardening, and good old movie nights.
